压缩空气型造雪机
这类造雪机中，通过冷水和压缩空气来形成细小的水滴，产生晶核，并结合较大水滴或环境空气中的水份形成雪花.压缩空气的主要作用：雾化水，扰动气流使水成为微小的水滴；将水滴散播在空气中，促进空气和水的接触；帮助空气中飘落的水滴冷却。当空气压缩后，空气分子聚焦在一起，空气膨胀后，分子可以自由运动，便可从中吸取热量，从而降低水滴周围空气的温度，促进水滴冷却。
